Apologies for going back to my old haunts but I hope you still enjoy some of these landscapes. This year in the UK, due I believe to the earlier climate, the autumn apparently has not been quite as intense in terms of colours resulting in more pastels shades generally. I was therefore amazed and in awe at the strength of some of the colours at Sheffield Park this autumn. I hope you like them as much as I do. I always try but sometimes don't succeed to be as accurate as I can to the colours I am photographing, and although at times it is always tempting to overuse the saturation and vibrancy for dramatic effect I do try to minimise this as I feel I may have been guilty of this in some of my early years/projects. Walk with me as the light starts to fade.
